What does the royalty cover?
Transaction royalties are collected on live trading volume through your instance. This aligns our success with yours — we make more when you grow.
Can I negotiate for higher volume?

Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Pre-pay 12 months and receive 10% off recurring fees. Enterprise plans have custom discount structures.
What's included in support?

Are there infrastructure costs?
No. All infrastructure is included in your plan. We handle hosting, backups and scaling. You focus on your business.
What exactly does the SLA cover?
Availability of the MiddleMint software and the infrastructure we run it on — nothing more. It is an uptime commitment, not a warranty about your regulatory standing, your counterparties, the settlement rails, or any third-party service your instance depends on. Public blockchain availability in particular is outside anyone's control, including ours.
What is not included?
We do not perform security audits, and we do not prepare or file regulatory reports. An independent audit before you take live funds is something we insist on, but you commission it from a specialist firm and you pay for it. Likewise, the platform logs and exports your transaction data — turning that into a filing for your regulator is your compliance function's job, not ours. We are not lawyers, auditors or a compliance bureau, and pricing a plan as though we were would be selling you something we cannot deliver.
