These terms govern your use of middlemint.com. They are not the terms on which MiddleMint software is licensed — that is a separate, negotiated agreement, and nothing on this website forms part of it or creates one.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Thanaaya Technologies, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" mean Thanaaya Technologies. "You" means anyone using this site.
2. What this site is
An informational site describing the MiddleMint product. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. No offer, no contract
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from using it or from submitting the enquiry form. Pricing shown is indicative and subject to change, scope and negotiation. Any supply of MiddleMint software is governed exclusively by a signed written agreement.
4. Not legal, financial or regulatory advice
This site contains research summaries about regulation in various jurisdictions, including the regulation index and the build-or-buy analysis. That material is general information compiled in good faith. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, it is not a substitute for qualified counsel, and it must not be relied on as the basis for a licensing, structuring or investment decision.
Regulatory regimes change frequently and material on this site may be out of date by the time you read it. Every jurisdiction page links to primary sources; verify against those.
5. You remain responsible for your own compliance
MiddleMint is software. Licensing it does not transfer any regulatory obligation to us and does not make you compliant with anything. A customer operating a MiddleMint instance is responsible for obtaining and maintaining its own authorisations, for its own anti-money- laundering and know-your-customer programme, for its regulatory reporting, and for its relationship with its supervisor. We do not hold customer assets, onboard end-users, or execute trades.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, name and marks on this site belong to Thanaaya Technologies or its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or association.
7. Third-party links
We link to regulators, legislation and third-party commentary so our claims can be checked. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, do not submit false information through the enquiry form, and do not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We rate-limit submissions and may block abusive traffic.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where an infringement of our rights occurs.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
